Benito “Benny” Rodriguez is a retired United States Air Force veteran and a proud Michigan native. During his 26-year active duty career, [Senior Master Sergeant Rodriguez] was the Senior Enlisted Leader of Air Mobility Command’s Aircraft Maintenance Training directorate. In this role, he led approximately 13,000 personnel and ensured the successful execution of safe, reliable, and sustainable Airlift, Air Refueling, Air Mobility Support, and Aeromedical Evacuation missions for the United States of America.

Benny holds five academic degrees, including a Master of Science in Project Management from Central Michigan University. He is a licensed Project Management Professional (PMP), certified by the Project Management Institute®, and is on track to obtain his Residential Maintenance & Alteration Contractor (Independent Contractor) license in the spring of 2026.

With nearly 29 years of experience leading multi-billion dollar projects and programs, Rodriguez brings a unique combination of enthusiastic customer support relations, woodworking craftsmanship, and advanced managerial skills to every project.
