Benito “Benny” Rodriguez brings 28-years of relationship-building professionalism to every project as a retired United States Air Force veteran. He started his craftsmanship career in 1996 as a carpenter’s apprentice while working at GILSON’S Custom Woodworking in Deerfield, Michigan. Throughout his Air Force career, he continuously refined his skills by building furniture in his garage, renovating buildings for the Department of War, and volunteering to aid veteran’s in need of home repairs.

Rodriguez is a Central Michigan University Chippewa having attained a Graduate’s Degree in Project Management. Moreover, he is a licensed Project Manager certified by the Project Management Institute®. Finally, Benny is currently studying to obtain his Residential Maintenance & Alteration Contractor license as of January 2026.
